We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✅ Eligible Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
❌ Non-Returnable Categories:
- Innerwear (Boxers, Briefs, Trunks)
- Socks, Face Masks
- Perfumes, Accessories
- Freebies or promotional items
🛑 Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

We offer size or product exchanges under the following conditions:
- Initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must pass our quality inspection.
- Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.
Note: Exchange availability depends on stock.

❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
- Cancellations are not permitted after dispatch.
- For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled items will be processed to the original payment source or THE ZAINLY Wallet.
📦 Return Pickups
- Reverse pickup will be arranged via our logistics partner within 2–3 working days of your request.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid transit damage.
